Hi Conejo Church family, I hope your summer is full of growth, fun, and also the Lord’s presence! This Sunday, I’ll be preaching from I Peter 1:17-21. It is all about trading in our FEARS and having a healthy REVERENCE for God our Father instead. Come ready to worship. Come ready to learn. Come ready to pray & take communion. Come ready to be with the family! See you on Sunday!!
This is also the last weekend before DayCamp (our VBS). Please sign your kids up and invite a few friends to join them! It will be an amazing week!

FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT, Friday July 29th
Invite some friends to enjoy a family movie under the stars at the end of DayCamp. We will be on the football field up the street from the Academy chapel. The event is free and all the festivities will begin at 7PM. Please bring blankets and chairs. Popcorn, candy, and glowsticks will be provided :). This is one of the most fun events of the whole year, so don’t miss it!
Hud McWilliams workshop, July 22nd-23rd
How do you work alongside God in developing your inner life while dealing with shame, fear, anxiety, memories, etc? Let’s spend some time Friday night, July 22, and Saturday, July 23 with Dr. Hud McWilliams learning and growing together! Mexico house-building trip August 4-7

The team is still forming!
Carlos, Margarita, Asia, and Alexis lost their home in a fire. We are sending a team from Conejo Church to build a new home for them and the work has already started! We are looking for 2 more skilled workers and 2 more who are unskilled to do painting, drywall, etc. Please email kirk@conejochurch.com if you are interested in joining the team.
