"Our mission is to transform broken-hearted people into whole-hearted followers of Jesus Christ”
Psalm 147:3 “He heals the broken-hearted, binding up their wounds”.

Our Five Core Values:
God’s Glory abkove all else
Relationships win out over rules
Acceptance brings healing
Compassion compels Christ-followers
Encouragement imparts grace to others

God’s Glory:
God’s glory above all else is the heart cry of Conejo Church. “Yes Lord, walking in the way of your truth, we eagerly wait for you. Your name and renown is the cry of our heart.” - Isaiah 26:8 We are here to make Jesus famous in the Conejo Valley. A passion for God’s glory is the heart that pumps life into the Body. The ultimate purpose of man is to glorify God by enjoying Him forever.

Relationships:
We believe that relationships trump rules every time. Grace flows through living relationships not external regulations. Growth takes place not in isolation but in connection with others. Healthy, grace-based relationships promote spiritual growth and vice versa. We’re better together!

Acceptance:
We seek to cultivate an atmosphere where each person, regardless of spiritual background, ethnicity, social and economic standing,
failures or successes, is made to feel welcomed, wanted and valued. Acceptance is a powerful healer and a core value of Conejo Church.

Compassion:
Before the world will care what we know they must know that we care. Our goal is to increasingly become a strategic missionary center by developing people who are on-mission with God in the world. We are a community of Christ-followers who compassionately share the water
of life with thirsty people in the normal traffic pattern of our everyday lives.

Encouragement:
People need hope and encouragement like a suffocating person needs air. Our goal is to breathe the air of encouragement into those who have had the wind knocked out of them by the blows of life. We long to be a grace-filled people of encouragement. Our celebration services and small groups are designed to bring strong encouragement for life today.
